FAQs

Q. How do I schedule an appointment?
Email, text, or leave a voice mail. I will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Q. Why should my pet be groomed regularly?
Grooming is necessary for your pets' health. If their nails are too long they will have difficulty walking. When your pets are groomed they are also checked if they have anything unusual like fleas or ticks, skin problems, ear or eye infections, bad teeth and lumps. They will also shed less and there will be less dirt in your home.

Q. How long does it take to groom my pet?
Depends on the size of the pet, the type of haircut and how matted they are. Usually 1-2 hours.

Q. How should I prepare before grooming?

Make sure there is a place for me to park. Your pet should be walked before grooming.

Q. Can I stay with my pet while you groom?
It's not recommended since your pet will get restless and distracted when the owner is there.

Q. What if I wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Please cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours before.

Q. What are your business hours?
Tuesday to Sunday. 9am-6pm.

Q. What payment method do you accept?
Cash or check.

Q. Why is mobile grooming more expensive than a hair stylist?
Grooming takes a lot more time and work. It takes a lot of gas to run the equipment and travel. Your pet is groomed from head to tail. Ears are cleaned and plucked, nails are trimmed and filed, tangled hair is brushed and combed, bathed, dried, coat is clipped and hand scissored... Not to mention some pets aren't as cooperative as people.
